Menarche: A Pubescent Odyssey

Menarche: A Pubescent Odyssey is a dark surrealist comedy capturing the grotesque nature of female puberty. Join Sexy Kafka Beetle as she journeys into the abyss of womanhood. Featuring appearances by Death à la Seventh Seal, Hester Prynne and Arthur Dimmesdale of Scarlet Letter fame, Lolita, Sigmund Freud, and Louis C.K. (among others). With nods to classic literature, Swedish cinema, Russian ballet, philosophy, religion, Freudian psychology, and the Gen Z zeitgeist, my hope is that you come out of this play thinking, “What the f*ck did I just experience.”

Seating is general admission. Late seating is at the discretion of individual shows. Lineup subject to change. Tickets are non-transferable. We do NOT honor tickets from third-party sellers. No Refunds.
